  • Being in third place approaching the finish line, but because did not give up and stayed focused you come in first as the others fail because they lost their concentration.

  • A heightened level of awareness that makes it possible to return an impossible shot that you visually could not even see coming your way.

  • Receiving a first ever “PERFECT” score of 10 in the event that you gave up everything for years and years to master.

  • To be cheered on by crazed fans and supporters, yes they are going nuts over YOU.

  • That moment of pure bliss when your body and mind is in sync with nature and your surroundings.

  • After creating a new world record in one of the most difficult events in athletics and then having that glorious moment when what you have just achieved sinks into your awareness.

It does not matter what your peak performance moment was, all that matters is that the moment was a very important time that was emotionally charged for you that you will never forget. Everyone has had some type of Peak Performance Moment in their life, it may be a time when you were a young child or the last time you competed and won. Don’t worry about picking the right one, we will be asking your subconscious to help you find the best one for you here and now. Try not to be a control feak about this process, Self hypnosis is a team effort between you and your conscious and subconscious mind.
